Liliane Brunner Halbach Ph.D, Liliane Brunner Halbach is a Senior Healthcare professional with 20+ years global experience in Drug Research, Development, Marketing, Business Strategy, and Supply Chain. She has worked in different roles in research, development and commercialization in headquarters and affiliates of Novartis, Roche and AstraZeneca in Switzerland, Spain, the US, and Singapore. She understands drug development from early research to commercialization and how to expand a product’s lifecycle. While working for Genentech, she volunteered as an industry advisor and lecturer for SPARK at Stanford Medical School – a mentoring program that helps researchers bring ideas from basic research to proof of concept. She is a mentor for biotech start-ups and researchers at the MIT CEE Forum, an advisor for SPARK Poland at the International Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology (IIMCB) and the Nencki Institute in Warsaw, the ETH iLab and the Uni Zuerich SPARK accelerator. Currently she works in a global role at Roche Pharma. Liliane Brunner Halbach has a Ph.D. in pharmacology from the University of Basel, Switzerland.
