RADOSŁAW SIERPIŃSKI, MD, PhD – President of the Medical Research Agency, Plenipotentiary of the Prime Minister for the Development of the Biotechnology Sector and Poland’s Independence in Blood Products

Doctor and manager, specializing in management in the medical sector, clinical trials, HTA and science management. He has extensive R&D experience in biotechnology and has extensive contacts with international scientific and health management institutions. His areas of interest include in particular innovative technologies, management and commercialization of research. Graduate of Faculty of Medicine at Warsaw Medical University. In June 2018, he received his doctoral degree from the Institute of Cardiology in Warsaw, Poland. In 2019, he graduated with a Master of Business in Medicine from Lazarski University. He is the author of many scientific publications, popular science and speeches at international medical congresses in the field of cardiology, telemedicine and health care organization. Chairman of the Social Council of the SCCHS in Zabrze and Vice-Chairman of the Social Council of the Mazovian NFZ. Member of the European Commission’s expert group on clinical trials. Polish representative in the Mission Cancer group at the European Commission.
